FLY stands for “First Love Yourself,” a philosophy that inspires self-confidence and self-acceptance. Established in 2020 by Neetu Rishi, former Mrs. India Elite Universe, Fly Showcase is a platform designed to empower aspiring models and celebrate individuality. The entire team was extremely organized, and the show itself was top-notch. From start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism, creating a smooth and positive working environment for all artists involved.

Neetu Mam had trained me for the New York fashion week - September 2025.
I was new to modeling and was not aware about so many things.
But Neetu Mam guided all of us - Be it ramp walk, how to really carry myself, facial expressions, the eye contact etc.
Not only the walk, but even how to maintain the professionalism while attending the events, how to be humble and give credits to makeup and hair artists and even how to build and maintain connections etc. So many minute details which I was made aware about.
Now, I do walk for NYFW, LAFW and so many other fashion events and I do remember her guidance. Thank you so much Neetu Mam.

I’ve known Neetu with The Success Door for almost 6 months and we worked on different things together, She is such an amazing and inspiring person, Had a wonderful experience at LA fashion week with FLY showcase.
We represented Modern Maharani with Dimple Kapoor’s designs and enjoyed being a part of this show. Neetu and Dimple are both graceful, sweet, and so supportive.

My son had a great experience with “The Success Door”. He really enjoyed being part of the team and had a great time attending the Youth Summit 2024 in person. He made new friends from out of state and enjoyed doing the project with them. Ms.Neetu Rishi is a great mentor. The workshop was really useful and my son learnt a lot of new skills. Thank you.

This was my first time attending/ volunteering for FLY. Truly an amazing event. Ms Neetu is an exceptional leader who plans meticulously and empowers her team. Though FLY is her baby, yet she makes everyone feel equally important. The show was well executed.
