FLY stands for “First Love Yourself,” a philosophy that inspires self-confidence and self-acceptance. Established in 2020 by Neetu Rishi, former Mrs. India Elite Universe, Fly Showcase is a platform designed to empower aspiring models and celebrate individuality. At FLY, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We welcome participants of all ages, heights, sizes, and colors, breaking barriers and redefining beauty standards. Our annual themed events are more than just showcases—they’re opportunities to create lasting memories, celebrate diversity, and raise funds for meaningful charitable causes.

I’ve known Neetu with The Success Door for almost 6 months and we worked on different things together, She is such an amazing and inspiring person, Had a wonderful experience at LA fashion week with FLY showcase.We represented Modern Maharani with Dimple Kapoor’s designs and enjoyed being a part of this show. Neetu and Dimple are both graceful, sweet, and so supportive.

My son had a great experience with “The Success Door”. He really enjoyed being part of the team and had a great time attending the Youth Summit 2024 in person. He made new friends from out of state and enjoyed doing the project with them. Ms.Neetu Rishi is a great mentor. The workshop was really useful and my son learnt a lot of new skills. Thank you.

This was my first time attending/ volunteering for FLY. Truly an amazing event. Ms Neetu is an exceptional leader who plans meticulously and empowers her team. Though FLY is her baby, yet she makes everyone feel equally important. The show was well executed.
